Role & Responsibilities
- Raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and shipments, ensuring accurate vendor information and timely payment processing
- Coordinate national and international shipments to and from Florence, liaising with couriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Partner with Trade Compliance to prepare and manage import and export documentation for international activity
- Maintain packing lists, sample order trackers, and seasonal reports to provide visibility across Design, Merchandising, and Product Development teams
- Track shipment and Product Development budgets, allocate costs accurately, and prepare financial analysis for Finance and leadership
- Monitor development activity including mould costs, delivery progress, and seasonal investment, providing regular updates to support key collection moments
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with purchase orders, budgets, invoices, or cost tracking in a product-led environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, vendors, couriers, and finance partners
- Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, or similar enterprise resource planning systems is beneficial
- Clear and proactive communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience
Experience working in product development, supply chain, or a related administrative role with exposure to purchase orders, budgeting, and vendor management in a luxury or product-led environment.
Education
Secondary education (A-levels or equivalent); relevant qualifications in business administration, supply chain management, or finance are beneficial.
