Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Design teams to transform creative concepts into innovative, commercially viable products while preserving design vision
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, leveraging technical expertise to achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives
- Manage product development critical path from concept through pre-production, identifying risks early and driving effective solutions
- Deliver prototypes and samples on time, within cost parameters, and to required quality standards
- Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to ensure products meet testing, functionality, and performance requirements
- Maintain accurate product information within PLM systems and support production readiness through stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Strong product development experience with solid understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to collaborate with Design teams and interpret creative concepts
- Experience managing vendor partnerships across global supply networks
- Strong critical path management and deadline delivery skills
- Commercial awareness with understanding of product cost and margin considerations
- Clear communicator skilled in cross-functional influence and negotiation

Experience
Substantial product development experience within the fashion or luxury apparel sector, with demonstrated success managing end-to-end product lifecycles and vendor partnerships in global supply environments.
Education
Secondary education required; degree-level qualification in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Product Development, or related field preferred.
