  • Manage the development critical path and PLM data, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to sample delivery and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with global vendors to align capability, capacity, quality standards and commercial expectations; prepare clear technical briefs and missives.
  • Deliver high‑quality prototypes and samples that meet margin, performance and fit requirements; ensure consistency across size ranges.
  • Ensure products are fit for purpose through rigorous attention to functionality, customer needs and quality checkpoints.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product development with a specific focus on knitwear, preferably within childrenswear.
  • Strong technical understanding of knit construction, patterning and garment engineering.
  • Demonstrable experience in vendor management and factory engagement, including clear technical briefing and follow‑through.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance design ambition, cost constraints and delivery deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
