Burberry is hiring a Procurement PO Analyst in Leeds, GB to manage purchase order operations and drive process improvements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing.
  • Monitor key procurement performance indicators and support improvements that enhance efficiency and policy adherence.
  • Resolve complex purchase order, goods receipt and invoice-related issues in partnership with Finance and Accounts Payable teams.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers to support seamless procurement operations.
  • Promote consistent procurement processes and provide guidance that encourages compliant purchasing practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and data quality, contributing to the ongoing evolution of procurement operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within procurement, purchasing, procure-to-pay (P2P) operations or a related environment
  • Strong understanding of purchase order processes and procurement best practice
  • Confidence using ERP platforms such as SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
  • Analytical and solution-focused mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
