Burberry seeks a Procurement PO Analyst in Leeds (12-month contract, 18 hrs/week) to manage purchase orders and P2P operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with procurement policy.
- Process and administer PO amendments, closures and change controls while maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex PO, goods receipt and invoice-matching queries, driving issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounts Payable to reconcile invoice discrepancies and reduce payment delays.
- Administer the corporate card programme, including reconciliations, compliant usage and user guidance.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement across P2P systems and ways of working.
Qualifications
- Practical experience within procurement, purchasing or purchase-to-pay (P2P) operations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to data quality and change control.
- Clear, professional communicator with proven ability to build productive stakeholder relationships.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused, collaborative approach.
Skills
Experience
Experience working in procurement, purchasing or P2P operations with a sound understanding of the purchase order lifecycle and exposure to ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Education
GCSEs/A‑levels or equivalent; degree or professional qualification in business, finance, supply chain or a related discipline preferred.
