Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain raw material, hardware, mould and tool codes, ensuring master data accuracy and currency
  • Raise purchase orders for raw materials, hardware, moulds, tools and finished goods across research, prototype, sample and industrialisation phases
  • Validate purchase prices before orders are placed, supporting accuracy across raw materials, finished goods and third-party supply
  • Follow up raw material orders and support timely delivery of materials to sample makers and modellerias
  • Prepare picking and packing documentation to support shipment of materials, prototypes and samples between key locations and review meetings
  • Support supplier onboarding, blocked invoice checks, product or material collections, cost recharges and information requests for internal teams

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with PLM, Excel and Stealth systems
  • Experience in data entry or administrative coordination with demonstrated accuracy and consistency
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across internal teams, suppliers and external partners
