Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain the reporting centre of excellence for in-season and market reporting across categories, regions, and seasons
  • Develop and evolve systems expertise in partnership with IT and cross-functional teams to support commercial reporting and data visualisation strategy
  • Create offline in-season and market reporting with commercial insights translated into strategic narratives aligned with key business strategies
  • Map and manage the reporting calendar to ensure timely delivery of insights at critical business moments throughout the year
  • Provide tools, templates, and historical data on a consistent basis to all regions and divisions for planning purposes
  • Establish and communicate the critical path and key inputs for regional planning teams developing the Collection Open to Buy Framework
  • Consolidate regional Open to Buy Frameworks into a global consolidated view
  • Manage direct reports, communicating strategic objectives and providing day-to-day direction, decision-making, problem-solving, and guidance

Qualifications

  • Strong background in retail performance reporting with proven experience creating and standardising business reporting frameworks
  • Strong understanding of retail reporting and planning systems with knowledge of associated data structures
  • Demonstrated experience managing a planning team in a fast-paced commercial luxury environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel; SAP experience advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities
  • Dynamic and collaborative style with ability to build positive working relationships across cross-functional teams
