Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Excel-based planning templates for seasonal planning.
  • Prepare dashboards and summaries to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Consolidate and reconcile large datasets for deeper insights.
  • Collaborate with Inventory, Regional, and Global Planning teams to enhance tools and processes.
  • Produce key weekly trade reports for executive updates.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
  • Contribute to the creation and enhancement of commercial reporting.
  • Work closely with IT and BI teams to develop internal system expertise.
  • Manage Orderbook reporting templates and ensure data accuracy across markets.
  • Assist in maintaining competitor benchmarking templates and support periodic pricing activities.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel and complex spreadsheets. Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset. Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects is advantageous.

Experience

Prior experience in a similar analytical or planning role within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
