Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to discerning clients through face-to-face and telephone interactions, ensuring an elevated in-store experience.
- Proactively develop and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM tools and tailored follow-up to drive repeat purchases and client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of product assortments.
- Maintain impeccable product knowledge across collections and advise clients on fit, styling and care with authoritative brand language.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately, handle transactions and after-sales processes including exchanges, repairs and special orders.
- Support visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure presentation standards, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures are upheld.
- Contribute to in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows, coordinating with store management and central teams when required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-value client experiences.
- Polished personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication to high-net-worth clients.
- Availability for flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion, accessories or premium lifestyle brands, with a proven commercial record and familiarity with CRM-driven clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail management, hospitality or business is advantageous.
