Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning clientele, nurturing long-term relationships and proactively developing the customer portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and clienteling strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle in boutique: client greeting, product advisory, fittings, closing sales, aftercare and follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across seasonal collections, materials, and artisanal techniques to communicate brand value convincingly.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process payments and returns, and ensure accurate client and transaction records in the CRM.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to the brand’s aesthetic guidelines.
  • Coordinate appointments, private viewings and personalised client events in collaboration with store management and the CRM team.
  • Contribute to inventory control and stock replenishment processes; report client feedback and market trends to merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in the local language and proficient in English to converse with international clients.
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
