Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, agendas and schedules across multiple time zones, adapting thoughtfully as priorities change
- Support meeting preparation by gathering background information, coordinating materials and ensuring leaders remain focused throughout the day
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives, direct reports and wider teams, ensuring communication is clear, timely and well managed
- Plan detailed travel arrangements and itineraries, including flights, accommodation and local transport
- Process expenses accurately in line with company policy, maintaining organised digital and physical records
- Contribute to smooth office and departmental operations, including townhall support, distribution lists, team engagement activities, stationery and desk booking support
Qualifications
- Experience providing PA or administrative support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Trusted with confidential information, demonstrating sound judgement, integrity and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, meeting technology and digital tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
