Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Pattern Maker in creating and developing patterns for new collections.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure patterns align with creative vision.
  • Maintain and organize pattern archives and documentation.
  • Support in the fitting process and make necessary adjustments to patterns.
  • Ensure patterns are produced with precision and adhere to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pattern making or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction and design principles.
  • Proficiency in pattern making software is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Skills

Proficiency in pattern making techniques. Ability to interpret design sketches and translate them into patterns. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.

Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred.

Education

A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field is preferred.
