Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry Experience by consistently meeting individual sales targets and embodying Burberry behaviours in every customer interaction.
- Develop and maintain a detailed client book; proactively cultivate client relationships through follow-up emails, invitations, reactivation and ongoing clienteling activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice to convert and retain customers.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards including monthly floorsets, replenishment, correct folding/hanging and discreet ticketing according to Burberry guidelines.
- Ensure strong floor presence: arrive prepared for selling, maintain fitting room standards, replenish merchandise and keep the sales floor guest-ready.
- Support back-of-house operations including markdowns, bi-annual inventory, stockroom maintenance and orderly put-away of pulled stock.
- Participate in store initiatives such as pre-sale goals and internal contests to drive store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving client development.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Team-oriented, results-driven and adaptable to change; demonstrable interest in fashion or design.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of one year in sales with demonstrated success in meeting targets; prior experience in luxury or premium retail and a strong clienteling background are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in fashion, retail or a related field is an asset.

This position is based in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19 to CAD 20 per hour.
