Burberry is hiring a Part‑Time Sales Associate in Cabazon, CA (Desert Hills Premium Outlets) to drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry Experience on every customer interaction, consistently meeting individual sales targets and demonstrating Burberry behaviours.
- Proactively develop and maintain a detailed client book; execute client development activities including courtesy emails, invitations, reactivation and capture compliance.
- Provide consultative, high‑touch service and expert product advice to build long‑term customer loyalty and drive conversion and ATV/UPT metrics.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to Burberry standards, perform monthly floorsets and ensure selling floor is replenished and orderly.
- Maintain strong floor presence: begin and end shifts with the selling floor ready for customers, manage fitting rooms and actively service the sales area throughout the day.
- Support back‑of‑house operations including markdowns, bi‑annual inventory counts, stock room organisation and pre‑sale goals; ensure pulled stock is returned and filed correctly.
- Participate in store promotions, contests and team initiatives to contribute to store performance and customer experience KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of sales experience; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving measurable client development.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems with accurate cash‑handling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, results‑driven attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Genuine interest in fashion and luxury brand presentation; strong clienteling skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of frontline retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related field is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 22 per hour.
