Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process inbound merchandise from warehouse or hub; ensure accuracy and report discrepancies promptly.
- Manage inventory control and stock organization, including Omnichannel order fulfilment and stock pullbacks to support sales activity.
- Maintain a clean, safe and standards-compliant back-of-house environment.
- Perform product quality checks and escalate any defects or issues to the store lead.
- Support after‑sales services such as alterations, repairs and personalisation to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is fully operational and report maintenance needs through the appropriate service channels.
- Perform general administrative duties: answer telephone enquiries, liaise with customer service, manage stationery and supermarket orders.
- Provide ad hoc support for store events, visual merchandising, stocktakes and other management requests.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft software.
- Previous experience with SAP desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and to perform in a busy retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Some prior experience in retail operations, stockroom or inventory management is preferred; experience with SAP is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail-related certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 23.50 per hour.
