Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily center operations to ensure clean, safe and welcoming common areas for guests and tenants.
- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs and third-party contractors; monitor work quality and vendor compliance with center standards.
- Serve as primary on-site liaison for tenants regarding operational issues, service requests, signage and deliveries.
- Collaborate with security and loss-prevention teams to manage incidents, maintain incident logs and follow escalation protocols.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities, utilities and equipment; prepare and submit condition reports and work orders.
- Assist marketing and events teams with set-up, logistics and crowd management during outlet promotions and seasonal activations.
- Maintain accurate operational records, prepare daily/weekly reports and track expenses related to common-area maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in hospitality, business, facilities management or real estate preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to respond to on-site needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift moderate loads and perform light physical tasks as required by facilities duties.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing retail property environment and responding to urgent operational issues.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in retail center operations, property management, facilities, hospitality or a related operational role; previous experience in outlet or mall environments preferred.
Education
