Burberry is hiring an Operations Associate in Las Vegas, NV to manage inventory, back‑of‑house operations and omnichannel fulfilment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end inventory control: receive, verify and process stock deliveries from hub or warehouse and report discrepancies.
- Retrieve and prepare stock to support the sales floor and omnichannel fulfilment (click & collect, ship from store, and stock pullbacks) in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized, compliant and safety‑conscious back‑of‑house environment aligned with Retail Operations standards.
- Conduct ongoing quality control of merchandise and escalate product or packaging issues to store leadership.
- Support after‑sales services including alterations, repairs and personalisation to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of stockroom equipment; log and escalate service requests via internal channels.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative duties: phone handling, liaising with customer service, stationery and supplier orders.
- Provide operational support for store events, visual merchandising setups and periodic stock counts.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise with customers and cross‑functional teams.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented retail environment.
- Intermediate computer literacy; comfort using core office applications and internal retail systems.
- Previous experience with SAP or another ERP is desirable.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or warehouse/back‑of‑house experience, including stockroom operations, inventory control and omnichannel fulfilment. Experience with ERP systems and completion of stock counts preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in retail, logistics or merchandising desirable.
