Burberry Part-Time Operations Associate in Halton Hills, Ontario – manage inventory, stock control, and retail back-of-house operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of inventory control including receiving, verifying, and reporting discrepancies on stock orders from hub or warehouse facilities
  • Support the sales team by retrieving stock efficiently for omnichannel orders and stock pullbacks
  • Maintain back-of-house areas in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards, ensuring organization and cleanliness
  • Execute quality control inspections on all products and report any issues to store management
  • Facilitate the after-sales process including alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance client experience
  • Monitor and maintain all stockroom equipment, raising concerns through appropriate service channels immediately
  • Perform administrative duties including telephone management, customer service liaison, office supply ordering, and general clerical tasks
  • Support store management with ad-hoc requests including events, visual merchandising, stock takes, and other operational duties
