Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from hubs or warehouses, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including omnichannel orders and stock pullback operations
- Maintain back-of-house organization and cleanliness in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards
- Perform quality control on all products and report issues to store leadership
- Assist with after-sales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalization to elevate client experience
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and functional, escalating concerns through appropriate channels immediately
- Execute administrative tasks including telephone support, customer service liaison, supplies ordering, and general clerical duties
- Support store management with event coordination, visual merchandising, stock-taking, and additional ad-hoc operational duties
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with core Microsoft software
- Experience with SAP systems is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting

Previous retail operations or back-of-house experience is preferred; familiarity with luxury retail environments and omnichannel fulfillment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail operations or supply chain certification is desirable but not required.
