Burberry Part-Time Operations Associate in Central Valley, New Mexico—manage inventory, stock operations, and store back-of-house support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from hub or warehouse, verifying product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies
- Support the sales team with timely stock retrieval for both in-store and omnichannel fulfillment
- Maintain back-of-house organization in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards
- Conduct quality control inspections on all products and report issues to store leadership
- Support aftersales services including alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance client experience
- Ensure stockroom equipment is fully operational and report concerns through appropriate channels
- Perform administrative duties including telephone reception, customer service liaison, and supply ordering
- Execute ad hoc requests from store management for events, visual merchandising, stock takes, and other operational support
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft Office software
- Prior experience with SAP systems (desirable)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
