Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory control: receive, inspect and process stock deliveries from hub or warehouse, validate contents and report discrepancies.
- Support omnichannel fulfilment and sales team needs by retrieving and preparing stock promptly for client appointments, online orders and in-store pullbacks.
- Maintain a tidy, compliant back-of-house environment consistent with Retail Operations standards and loss-prevention procedures.
- Perform quality control on all merchandise, logging and escalating product issues to the store lead.
- Support aftersales workflows including alterations, repairs and personalisation to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is operational; log and escalate maintenance requests through Ask services.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative duties such as answering calls, liaising with customer service, processing stationery and supermarket orders, and supporting events, visual merchandising and stock takes as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a busy retail team and follow established retail procedures.
- Previous retail stockroom or back-of-house experience desirable.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of presentation and product care.

Experience
Previous experience in retail back-of-house, stockroom or warehouse operations is preferred; familiarity with SAP is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail operations training is a plus.
