Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and processing stock orders from hub or warehouse facilities, verifying product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including omnichannel fulfillment and stock pullback services
- Maintain the back-of-house in compliance with Burberry Retail Operations and Standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
- Conduct quality control inspections on all products and report any issues to store leadership
- Support aftersales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalization services to enhance the client experience
- Ensure all stockroom equipment remains operational and functional, escalating concerns through Ask services immediately
- Execute administrative tasks including telephone management, customer service liaison, supply ordering, and general clerical duties
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, inventory stocktakes, and other operational initiatives as requested
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capability to perform in a fast-paced, busy retail setting
- Prior SAP experience desirable
