Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures and ensuring the sales floor meets brand presentation standards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing inventory: receive deliveries, inspect goods, perform stock reconciliation and update inventory records.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehousing and regional operations teams to schedule transfers, returns and repairs.
- Process administrative workflows: invoices, delivery documentation, stock adjustments and basic financial reconciliations.
- Assist with visual merchandising setups, showroom preparation and events logistics as required.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and provide backup client service to ensure seamless guest interactions when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with brand security, loss-prevention and housekeeping procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for structured operational processes and meticulous record-keeping.
