Role & Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for men's leather goods from initial brief and range planning through launch, trading and final exit.
- Define and present seasonal range plans, including pricing architecture, carry‑over strategy and competitive benchmarking.
- Manage raw material bookings and ensure PLM system accuracy with clear executive‑level reporting.
- Monitor daily and weekly trading performance, identify risks and opportunities, and partner with Planning to drive commercial actions.
- Lead delist and markdown recommendations and present clear proposals to senior leadership.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Design, Sourcing, Product Development and Planning; chair critical meetings and integrate regional market feedback into product decisions.
- Deliver projects end‑to‑end with high execution standards and support market training and operational processes.
- Coach and support the Assistant Merchandiser, providing day‑to‑day guidance and contributing to their development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion merchandising, with demonstrable exposure to men's product or leather goods.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional analytical ability and sound commercial judgement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with PLM systems and merchandising data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Highly proactive, accountable, organised and able to operate with clarity in a fast‑moving environment.

Experience
Substantial experience in luxury fashion merchandising, ideally within men's categories or leather goods, including ownership of end‑to‑end product lifecycle, trading analysis, and cross‑functional stakeholder leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
