Burberry Marketing Coordinator in London: support EMEIA regional talent, influencer and event activations. Full-time luxury marketing role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify culturally relevant talent, influencer and event opportunities that support commercial priorities and wider business objectives
- Research and present impactful talent across activations with casting recommendations aligned to project objectives, regional priorities and brand positioning
- Own regional talent and event dressing including product requests, logistics and talent/agent communication
- Manage paid creator activations through to execution with Marketing Assistant support
- Coordinate and deliver agreed regional events and activations from planning through on-site execution
- Manage approvals with Global teams and build strong relationships with EMEIA markets, Central teams, Retail and external partners
- Oversee regional sample trackers and inventory, coordinating product orders and shipments for talent and event activity
- Coordinate regional reporting and highlight key insights to the Marketing Manager
- Support budget tracking and monitor regional spend alongside Marketing Manager
- Coordinate invoices and POs with Marketing Assistants and Finance teams to ensure timely processing
Qualifications
- Sample management experience
- Proven experience working with external talent
- Experience within luxury or agency environment
- Events coordination experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of independent project ownership and accountability
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and collaborative abilities
- Commercially minded with understanding of how marketing supports business objectives
- Cultural awareness and knowledge of talent, influencer and industry trends across EMEIA
Skills
Experience
Experience within a luxury brand, agency environment or similar fast-paced marketing setting. Demonstrated ability to manage talent relationships, event logistics and multiple concurrent projects. Background in PR or marketing with proven success in coordinating regional campaigns and activations is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education minimum; degree-level qualification in marketing, business, communications or related discipline preferred.
