Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-touch client service to a discerning luxury clientele, proactively building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Manage the clienteling lifecycle using CRM and POS tools: welcome clients, maintain accurate client records, coordinate appointments and follow through on after-sales requests.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across seasonal collections and bespoke services; advise clients on fit, materials and styling with authority and sensibility.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and merchandising resets to ensure the boutique reflects the maison's aesthetic and commercial priorities.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment, including receiving, tagging and accurate POS transactions.
  • Collaborate with the store team and participate in events, private appointments and trunk shows to cultivate client opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude with demonstrated capability to meet sales targets in a premium or luxury environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric demeanour and polished presentation.
  • Strong organizational skills, discretion and the ability to manage confidential client information.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset in international markets (preferred but not mandatory).
