Burberry in Sydney is hiring a Client Advisor to build client relationships and drive luxury retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised, elevated client experience through storytelling, styling expertise and product knowledge to inspire purchase and brand affinity.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs, including appointments, UPT, ATV and AUR.
  • Proactively acquire and retain high-value clients through appointment selling, proactive follow-up and after-sales service.
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey: create strong first impressions, discover client needs, provide expert styling and close sales while maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Maintain luxury store standards in both front and back of house, including product replenishment, stockroom upkeep and participation in markdowns and inventory tasks as required.
  • Support visual merchandising guidelines and consistently apply brand visual techniques on the shop floor.
  • Record and update client information and activity to grow the client book and support targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with the store team to foster a positive workplace, contribute to team targets and support ad hoc store operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets in a luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable clientelling experience and appointment-driven selling.
  • Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with strong product and styling knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence when engaging clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Energetic, proactive, commercially minded and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and store needs.

Experience
