Burberry seeks a Logistics Coordinator in London to manage shipment data, carrier compliance and transportation forecasting for global operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain shipment data accuracy within SAP, ensuring timely and reliable tracking across the global transportation network
- Act as a key point of contact for transportation systems, collaborating with carriers, customs, IT and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues and drive improvements
- Monitor carrier compliance with data updates and service level agreements, identifying opportunities to strengthen visibility and performance
- Deliver regular inbound and carrier forecasts, analysing variances and partnering with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy
- Develop, maintain and enhance logistics reporting and dashboards, providing insights that support operational and strategic decision-making
- Support transportation projects, process improvements and data governance initiatives that enhance efficiency, automation and customer service
Qualifications
- Experience within logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain operations or a related environment
- Strong understanding of shipping processes, import/export activities and transportation documentation
- Confidence working with data and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams and external partners
- Curious, proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
