Burberry seeks a Logistics Administrator to join its supply chain operations team in Scandicci, Italy. The successful candidate will manage logistics documentation, support warehouse operations, and maintain data integrity across business systems to ensure efficient product flow through the supply network. This role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP and warehouse management systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logistics and transport data across ERP and warehouse management systems
- Prepare and process shipping, transport and customs-related documentation for inbound and outbound operations
- Create and manage invoices, pro-forma invoices and associated commercial documentation
- Support warehouse and distribution activities by coordinating documentation for dispatches, returns and inventory-related processes
- Monitor logistics administration processes, identify discrepancies and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues
- Partner with the Warehouse & Transport Coordinator to ensure efficient, compliant and timely movement of goods across the supply chain
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain administration or a related operational environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Comfortable working with business systems and managing data across multiple platforms
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Proactive and organized approach to delivering high-quality operational support
