Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day coordination and logistics of the UK Apprenticeship programmes, acting as primary contact for learners and line managers from application through post-program support.
- Define and monitor success metrics for apprenticeship initiatives, aligning programme outcomes with business performance and capability uplift.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard apprenticeship providers; manage vendor relationships and commercial/admin interfaces.
- Own administration and optimisation of the Go1 Learn platform, partnering with Talent to design playlists and learning campaigns to drive uptake.
- Administer learning workflows on the SAP learning platform, including development plans and onboarding pathways to improve learner engagement.
- Project-manage mandatory training updates with content owners to ensure timely delivery, consistency and an effective learner experience.
- Coordinate key learning touchpoints to support corporate onboarding and ensure new starters are aware of learning and development opportunities.
- Produce regular completion and engagement reports for apprenticeships, mandatory training and development programmes to inform stakeholders.
- Provide Tier 2 employee support via the AskHR query management platform for L&D, UK Apprenticeships and digital learning queries.
- Create and maintain process documentation, training materials and employee support content; implement continuous improvements to processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in learning & development administration or digital learning operations.
- Direct experience managing UK Apprenticeship programmes, including vendor management and learner onboarding/support.
- Practical experience administering learning platforms (Go1 Learn and SAP) and producing learning completion/engagement reports.
- High proficiency with Excel for reporting and handling large datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Demonstrable project management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Experience
Candidates should have hands-on experience in L&D or digital learning administration and demonstrable experience running or supporting UK Apprenticeship programmes, including vendor management, learner onboarding and stakeholder engagement.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Learning & Development or a related discipline preferred.
