Manager, HR Systems at a leading luxury fashion house in Paris: lead HRIS strategy, implementations and analytics for a global workforce.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the HR systems roadmap (HRIS, talent, payroll interfaces, time & attendance) aligned with HR strategy and business priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end HR systems implementations and major releases, including requirements gathering, vendor management, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Manage integrations between HR systems and payroll, ERP, recruitment platforms and single-sign-on/identity providers, ensuring data integrity and transactional reliability.
  • Own HR data governance, security and compliance (including cross-border data flows and GDPR), and maintain system access controls and audit trails.
  • Design and deliver HR reporting and analytics (workforce metrics, headcount, turnover, compensation analytics) in partnership with People Analytics and Finance.
  • Act as primary business partner to HR functional leads and global IT — translate HR processes into system configurations and champion continuous process improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders, define SLAs, control budgets and oversee change-management and training activities for HR teams and end users.
  • Supervise and mentor junior HRIS staff or external consultants when required, establishing documentation standards and operational runbooks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing and operating core HR systems (HRIS, talent, payroll interfaces) in a complex, multi-country environment.
  • Demonstrable project delivery record for HR technology projects, including vendor selection, configuration, UAT and rollout.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across Talent Management, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Time & Attendance and Workforce Planning.
  • Experience managing integrations and working with APIs, SFTP processes and identity management solutions.
  • Solid grasp of data privacy and security requirements for employee data (e.g., GDPR) and experience implementing appropriate controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change-management skills; ability to liaise with senior leaders and technical teams.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience with at least 2–3 years in a lead role managing system implementations, integrations and cross-functional stakeholders in an international organisation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (Workday/SF/Oracle, PMP/Prince2) preferred.
