Burberry is hiring an HR Systems Manager in Leeds to lead SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro systems, managing an HRIS team and delivering HR technology projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the stability, configuration and continuous development of enterprise HR applications, principally SAP SuccessFactors (Connect) and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), in line with agreed governance and design principles.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR Systems Analysts, prioritising workload, promoting development, and maintaining high service standards.
- Provide operational colleague support via the AskHR ticketing system including troubleshooting, query resolution and SLA management.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR systems projects and configuration changes, coordinating internal HR Systems resources and external partners.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables and consult on integrations between HR systems and wider IT landscape.
- Manage risk and issues proactively, escalating appropriately and applying remediation to protect service continuity.
- Own the HR systems roadmap in partnership with HR and IT stakeholders, prioritising initiatives that deliver strategic value and streamline HR operations.
- Champion continuous improvement across HR Excellence and HR operations, recommending process and system enhancements to increase efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing cloud HRIS platforms, specifically SAP SuccessFactors (or equivalent).
- Experience administering and supporting time & attendance / workforce management systems (e.g., UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions).
- Demonstrable experience leading multi-workstream HR systems projects and delivering to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Proven people management experience, including coaching, workload allocation and performance management.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
- Prior experience working within, or in close partnership with, a Human Resources function.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with credibility when engaging senior leaders.

Significant experience operating and supporting cloud-based HRIS platforms and time & attendance systems, leading cross-functional HR technology projects, and managing a team of HR systems analysts within or alongside an HR function.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
