Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage majority of employee lifecycle HR administration including contract generation, new hire data input, contract modifications, and offboarding
  • Resolve complex HR queries escalated via the HR Service Desk Team, including employee lifecycle, time-to-pay, and Employee Relations matters
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations and HR Business Partners to provide HR guidance consistent with internal policy and local employment legislation
  • Create and maintain documentation in support of disciplinary proceedings
  • Ensure colleague queries and tasks are resolved within established timelines
  • Identify emerging workforce trends using HR data to enhance service delivery and customer experience
  • Support simple reward administration during key annual activities
  • Train and upskill HR Service Desk Advisors
  • Act as escalation point for manager inquiries and complaints
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to innovate HR service delivery practices
  • Support ad hoc projects and additional duties as required

Qualifications

  • Experience working in HR service delivery or HR administration role
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with HR Information Systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in HR documentation
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken)
