Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR administration including maintenance of employee records, contracts, and confidential files in compliance with local labour law.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinate pre-boarding logistics, induction schedules and exit formalities.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for Arabic-speaking employees and stakeholders, providing translation, culturally aware communication and case management.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by preparing data packages, resolving exceptions and liaising with payroll providers and external vendors.
- Maintain and update the HRIS, ensure data integrity, run standard HR reports and produce regular headcount and attrition metrics.
- Coordinate ad hoc HR projects (policy rollouts, internal mobility, learning initiatives) and operationalise regional directives from People & Culture.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements, preparing documentation for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic (required); ability to manage employee relations in Arabic-speaking contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Demonstrable experience (typically 2+ years) in HR operations, HR administration or payroll liaison roles; experience within retail or luxury brands preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to confidentiality and GDPR/data-protection principles where applicable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity when dealing with cross‑border and multilingual teams.

Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR administration or employee services. Prior exposure to retail, luxury goods, or multinational corporate environments is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
