Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of retail training programs and tools to drive business objectives, including in-store training activities, seasonal and core product training, onboarding, films, and conference materials.
- Update retail training programs, tools, and templates across all platforms to maintain brand consistency.
- Develop a deep understanding of Burberry’s visual language and tone of voice, integrating it seamlessly into all content.
- Identify opportunities to enhance training visual design language, content design, and learning experiences.
- Become an expert in key learning-creation tools, particularly the Burberry Training App and RSpace, understanding backend operations, scripting, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage the end-to-end process of training content delivery, including conceptualization, creation, review, feedback, translations, and implementation.
- Support the administration of the training content roadmap, keeping it current and identifying ways to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with central cross-functional teams to ensure training alignment and approval.
- Partner with global training teams to gain feedback and ideas to support work.
- Support and lead Train-the-Trainer sessions for training teams and retail leadership.
- Conduct store visits to build relationships with store leaders and retail teams, supporting training moments and identifying areas for future content development.
- Review and analyze training app feedback and analytics to inform future work.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a learning design role.
- Retail experience either on the shop floor or back of house.
