Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, engaging weekly communications to retail teams globally
- Create and manage content across retail training communication channels
- Coordinate end-to-end translation processes for training programmes, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
- Act as primary subject matter expert for the Retail Training App, providing user support and issue resolution
- Manage app onboarding, content updates, and user engagement initiatives
- Analyse usage insights and share performance updates with stakeholders
- Lead training sessions to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness
- Continuously improve the digital platform and overall learner experience
- Manage team calendars and global rollout plans to drive efficiency and consistency
- Maintain and update retail training tools and programmes
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Organise global events, including the annual Retail Excellence incentive trip
- Support business calls, reporting, and cross-functional alignment activities
- Deliver insights through detailed reporting and programme analysis

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a coordination or project management role (preferred)
- Proven retail experience at store or head office level
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with learning management systems or digital training platforms
- Exposure to managing digital learning tools (desirable)
- Natural problem solver with a commercial mindset and genuine passion for retail
