Global Retail Training Content Designer role at a leading luxury fashion house (Paris). Design global retail e-learning and blended programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and produce end-to-end retail learning experiences (e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, in-store guides and facilitator-led programmes) aligned to brand standards and commercial KPIs.
- Develop modular, reusable content and learning pathways for global roll-out, ensuring cultural and linguistic adaptation for local markets.
- Author SCORM/xAPI-compliant modules and maintain content libraries within the LMS; coordinate integrations, user provisioning and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, HR/L&D, Visual Merchandising and Product teams to translate commercial priorities into measurable learning outcomes.
- Create multimedia assets (storyboards, scripts, videos, assessments, job aids) and oversee production with internal studios or external vendors.
- Measure learning effectiveness through evaluation frameworks, learner analytics and post-launch performance tracking; iterate content based on data and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage the content development calendar, vendor relationships and project timelines to ensure timely, on-brand delivery across markets.
Qualifications
- Proven instructional design expertise with demonstrable portfolio of retail or customer-facing learning solutions.
- Experience producing SCORM/xAPI-compliant e-learning modules and managing content within an LMS.
- Strong stakeholder management across global, cross-functional teams and experience adapting content for multi-market deployment.
- Proven ability to manage external production partners and multimedia projects to brand and deadline constraints.

Experience
Typically 4+ years in instructional design or learning development, with at least 2 years designing retail- or customer-facing training for global or multi-market organisations; experience in luxury retail or premium services is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in e-learning or instructional design preferred.
