Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end replenishment planning across global product lines, ensuring stock health and commercial performance.
  • Maintain Global Replenishment line cards, adhering to Weeks of Cover targets across stores and hubs.
  • Drive the Global Replenishment Buy process aligned to seasonal strategies through SPI or Regional Buys.
  • Manage weekly SPI allocations to achieve target stock levels in stores and hubs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Retail Merchandising and Regional teams to evaluate monthly trading performance and recommend in-season adjustments.
  • Produce commercial analysis to identify missed opportunities and provide insights for future collection development.
  • Support assessment of stock weeks of cover and adjust future buys based on current trading.
  • Coordinate regular free stock drops to optimize replenishment inventory.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual vendor projections to support Supply Planning.
  • Forecast and plan replenishment margin inputs for the Director of Retail Merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a global planning role within a commercial or luxury environment, ideally at Planner level.
  • Strong knowledge of replenishment buying processes.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with pragmatic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical capability and attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
