Role & Responsibilities
- Establish a constant focus on brand engagement, knowledge, and passion across the store team
- Lead and manage a high-performing store team with mentoring, coaching, and feedback to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence and a luxury environment aligned with brand guidelines
- Drive digital asset integration to enhance customer engagement and experience
- Develop and retain talent through recruitment, staff development, and succession planning
- Cultivate expert product knowledge and drive the same standard across the team
- Monitor sales performance and optimize inventory sales through commercial execution

Qualifications
