Role & Responsibilities
- Provide interim leadership of a flagship retail boutique, maintaining brand standards and an exceptional client experience during the maternity leave period.
- Own commercial performance and P&L for the store: meet sales targets, manage margins and implement corrective actions to drive revenue.
- Lead recruitment, coaching and daily management of a multi-disciplinary store team; set objectives, run performance reviews and foster high staff engagement.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure presentation, stock discipline and store KPI compliance across all operational areas.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention in coordination with regional supply chain and loss-prevention teams.
- Deliver regular reporting to the regional/area director, analyse sales data and translate insights into action plans.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, HR policies and local regulatory requirements; represent the brand externally with discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail management within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with responsibility for P&L.
- Demonstrable experience leading teams of 15+ staff in a high-volume, client-facing flagship store.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales reports and driving KPI improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven capability to coach and develop retail talent.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Minimum 5+ years of progressive retail experience with at least 2 years in a senior store leadership role within the luxury or premium retail sector, including direct P&L responsibility and people management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
