Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible, hands-on leadership on the shop floor and act as a brand ambassador, modelling Burberry behaviours and standards.
  • Drive commercial performance through sales leadership, conversion optimization, inventory awareness and opportunity conversion.
  • Recruit, develop and retain high-performing talent; establish succession plans and cultivate a continuous learning culture within the store.
  • Ensure exemplary customer experience by coaching the team, embedding customer-focused behaviours and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain luxury store standards and execute Visual Merchandising guidelines to preserve the brand environment and presentation.
  • Leverage digital assets and e-commerce touchpoints to enhance the in-store client journey and performance.
  • Oversee operational excellence and compliance with corporate policies, local employment and retail legislation, including health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor store metrics (sales, conversion, data capture, shrinkage) and report against Burberry Store Management behaviours and targets.

  • Awareness of local employment and retail legislation and ability to ensure store compliance.
  • Flexible availability to meet store operational needs and peak trading requirements.

Experience

Significant retail management experience within a luxury brand or luxury service environment, with proven results in driving sales, managing teams and delivering high service standards. Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail management.
