Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain, run, and enhance automated KPI and trend analysis reporting, identifying and communicating relevant issues to key stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive suite of reports to identify exceptions and breaches in key areas using SAP and IntelliQ.
  • Support regional Asset and Profit Protection (APP) with evidence gathering during investigations.
  • Oversee system maintenance, including monitoring daily data loads, resolving load errors, conducting weekly gap analysis, and updating key data streams from HR, product, and finance.
  • Build and maintain a SharePoint site for the APP team, providing training materials and system support.
  • Maintain the APP Operations database, ensuring store master and HR data are current.
  • Assist the regional team with daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including Store KPI Reporting, Adjustment Reporting, Incident Reporting, Digital Fraud Reporting, AML Reporting, and Retail Operations Exception Reporting.
  • Support biannual stock loss reporting through data cleansing, analysis, and creation of store-level posters.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Digital Fraud team with chargebacks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with IntelliQ or other data mining systems is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in retail fraud prevention and chargeback processing.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, and Power BI.
  • Previous experience with SAP and Power Platform.
