Burberry is hiring a Floor Supervisor for Serravalle Outlet on a 5-month maternity cover contract. Lead retail operations and six sales associates in this luxury retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day supervision of approximately six sales associates to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Drive sales performance by monitoring floor activity, identifying opportunities and supporting achievement of store goals
- Provide ongoing in-the-moment coaching and feedback to strengthen product knowledge, selling behaviours and client engagement
- Collaborate closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of standards
- Act as role model for the Burberry Experience, championing service, luxury retail excellence and brand values
- Support team engagement, productivity and development while maintaining a positive and inclusive store culture
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory, team leader or retail management role within a premium or luxury retail environment
- Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve individual and collective goals
- Passion for delivering premium customer experiences and building long-term client relationships
- Commercial awareness with confidence in driving sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with ability to build positive relationships across the store
- Adaptable, organised and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
