Floor Supervisor position at Burberry San Francisco Premium Outlet. Oversee sales team, deliver brand experience, achieve KPIs. $29–$31/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences on the selling floor, acting as quality control to ensure memorable interactions
- Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales in order to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Lead a high-performing, customer-facing team and provide real-time coaching and feedback to ensure adherence to brand standards and the Burberry Experience
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels and prevent clients from being left unattended
- Drive cross-team collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and operations staff
- Provide in-the-moment coaching after transactions and client interactions to reinforce successes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and retain talented employees through recognition, reward, monthly development plans, and annual performance reviews
- Lead by example by delivering the Burberry Experience to customers when necessary
- Partner with store management and operations to develop and deliver Burberry Experience training through morning meetings, role-play sessions, and team discussions
- Deliver formal performance feedback and manage monthly Burberry Experience Development Plans in coordination with store management
- Resolve escalated customer issues and escalate to management when necessary
- Process post-void transactions, authorize promotional discounts, and manage employee sales in the absence of store management
- Drive digital experience initiatives in-store and utilize digital resources for team communication
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and POS systems
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence and brand delivery standards

Experience
1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive sales performance in a customer-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is a plus.
