Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily sales-floor operations, ensuring consistent delivery of the Burberry Experience and high-value client interactions.
- Coach and develop sales associates in real time and through structured feedback, driving individual performance and collective sales KPIs.
- Manage customer flow and service standards to ensure every client receives prompt, attentive and personalised service.
- Collaborate with specialists, stock and operations teams to create seamless in-store partnerships that convert opportunities into sales.
- Deliver formal performance reviews and monthly development plans in partnership with store management; recognise and reward strong performance.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to senior management when required.
- Authorise promotional discounts, process post-void transactions and manage employee sales in the absence of store management.
- Champion the in-store digital experience, leveraging mobile devices and digital resources to support selling and client communication.
- Support opening and closing procedures, security, POS operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with POS systems and transaction authorisation procedures.
- Comfort and familiarity with Apple mobile devices and digital selling tools.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Demonstrable coaching and people-development skills with a track record of improving team KPIs.
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to manage difficult client interactions calmly and professionally.

Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales; prior experience coaching front-line associates and driving measurable improvements in sales KPIs. Experience in premium or luxury retail is advantageous.
