Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
- Act as a quality control supervisor to ensure memorable customer interactions.
- Collaborate with associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Lead a customer-focused team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure alignment with brand strategies.
- Manage customer flow to ensure all clients receive excellent service.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and operations team.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback after transactions and client interactions.
- Develop and retain talented employees through recognition and performance reviews.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers when necessary.
- Collaborate with store management to set goals and deliver performance feedback.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
- Process post-void transactions and authorize promotional discounts in the absence of store management.
- Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital resources for communication.
- Understand and communicate business needs to elevate store performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Compensation
