Burberry seeks a Floor Supervisor in Cabazon, CA (Desert Hills Premium Outlet) to lead the retail team and drive sales; hourly $27–$30.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales floor team to consistently deliver the Burberry Experience, ensuring every client interaction is high-value and memorable.
- Coach sales associates in real time and post-transaction to improve selling skills, close sales and meet KPIs; deliver formal performance feedback and development plans in partnership with store management.
- Manage customer flow and service standards on the selling floor to ensure no client is left unattended and service levels are sustained throughout trading hours.
- Drive strong collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock associates and operations colleagues to optimise the client journey.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and escalate to store management when required; authorise promotional discounts, post-void transactions and employee sales in the absence of management.
- Lead Burberry Experience training initiatives within the store using daily and weekly meetings, role-play and targeted coaching to embed brand standards.
- Champion the in-store digital experience, leveraging Apple devices and other digital resources to service clients and maintain communication when face-to-face selling is not possible.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including securing the store, alarming and POS protocols, and enforce company policies and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge and proven use of POS systems.
- Comfortable and experienced with Apple mobile devices and digital selling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and retain retail talent through structured feedback and development planning.
- Strong customer-service orientation with experience resolving complex client issues and maintaining brand standards.
- Reliable knowledge of retail KPIs and experience driving measurable improvements in sales performance.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with demonstrated success coaching teams and achieving sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, business or hospitality coursework preferred.
