Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyse sourcing-related data including country of origin, certifications, product volumes, and audit results to identify trends and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive vendor and supplier databases documenting material attributes, certification status, and performance metrics
  • Conduct audit-ready data analyses and produce regular reporting on traceability and responsible sourcing performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Create data dashboards and visualisations using PowerBI to communicate key performance indicators, progress metrics, and risk assessments
  • Contribute insights to strategic improvement projects focused on vendor engagement, process management, and traceability implementation
  • Serve as primary liaison between vendors, suppliers, and internal traceability partners to facilitate communication and resolve operational issues
  • Support the development and delivery of training materials for internal and external stakeholders on evolving traceability and responsible sourcing requirements
  • Collaborate with global sourcing, raw materials procurement, product development, and product sampling teams to ensure compliance with responsible sourcing standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data management, and reporting within supply chain or compliance environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • Proficiency in PowerBI for data visualisation and dashboard creation
  • Demonstrated analytical and statistical skills with ability to identify trends, anomalies, and risks in large datasets
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex subject matter clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
