- Prepare and pre‑style product alongside Digital Samples teams and Digital Styling Editors; attend seasonal product walk‑throughs with Merchants to test new items ahead of shoots.
- Own and maintain digital style guidelines for Accessories and Childrenswear, ensuring commercial consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead daily styling checks with Art Direction to review imagery and maintain quality control across shoots.
- Brief, manage and coordinate freelance stylists and assistants, ensuring clear direction against style guides and production timelines.
- Prototype and test new styling approaches to optimise online product imagery and respond to evolving e‑commerce customer behaviour.
- Identify on‑site inconsistencies and deliver creative solutions that elevate imagery while meeting commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven still life styling experience within e‑commerce, fashion or commercial product photography environments.
- Solid understanding of photography principles and art direction workflows for digital commerce.
- Demonstrable experience managing freelance teams and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders (production, merchants, post‑production).
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to tight production schedules.
- Keen visual sensibility, meticulous attention to detail and an instinct for presenting product to maximise commercial appeal.
