Burberry is hiring a Digital Samples Assistant to coordinate product samples, support shoot planning and collaborate across teams to deliver digital and creative content. The role is split between the Westminster and Hackney studios in London, with travel between sites required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product shoots across still-life and model photography, identifying priorities and scheduling shoots efficiently.
- Manage sample sourcing, tracking and movements across multiple locations, maintaining accurate records in studio systems.
- Partner with Styling, Product Development, Merchandising, Press and Showroom teams to support content creation and product readiness.
- Maintain and enrich product information, ensuring data accuracy and supporting informed studio planning.
- Organise and maintain sample storage, keeping products to high presentation and quality standards.
- Support seasonal campaigns, runway projects and product-focused storytelling, meeting agreed deadlines and targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a studio, product coordination or operational environment is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence using product or inventory management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and an ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work across Burberry’s London studio locations in Hackney and Westminster.
